Venture Studio · Est. 2026 · Romania → Europe
We translate underexploited findings in sociology, geology, and economics into founded, funded companies — deliberately, 3 to 5 a year, built with a founding team we train ourselves.

The Thesis
"The world's research output — not only in hard technology — contains a vast stock of propositional knowledge that has never been translated into prescriptive, commercially usable form. We start one layer earlier than most studios: at the level of published findings nobody has yet operationalized into a venture."
Four Pillars
Two founding components — Useful Knowledge Extraction and the Founders Factory approach — delivered as four operating pillars that stay consistent as the studio scales.
01
Scouting, evaluating, and translating academic findings into a venture-ready thesis.
02
Stage-gated validation from concept to scaling prep, with shared infrastructure across ventures.
03
Recruiting, training, and progressively promoting operator talent into founding roles.
04
Legal structure, equity architecture, board governance, and investor-readiness — from day one.
Ventures launched per year
Research candidates converted
Studio stake per venture

Flagship Proof Point
Sociological research from the University of Iași, translated into an AI-assisted panel-management and survey platform. Live commercially in Romania and Moldova, spanning research, customer-experience, and public-consultation use cases.

Sourcing
Our first academic relationships run through the University of Bucharest, the University of Iași, and Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca — defensible, named access rather than a vague claim to monitor everything. Operator talent enters through FAIMA and FABIZ.
